Bob Swisher. President of SCCI moved to Phoenix from Columbus, Ohio in 1974.  His custom home building and general contracting construction career began with learning carpentry doing custom framing on homes in the phoenix valley.

Bob met his wife Jean in Phoenix and were married in 1978 and have raised four daughters together.

In 1983 Bob obtained his 1st license in AZ, for framing & Light remodeling.  In 1985 Bob qualified and received his General Contracting license and has maintained it since. 

Swisher Construction now builds and remodeling quality custom homes in Phoenix AZ, Scottsdale, Payson, Fountain Hills & Paradise Valley.

Bob takes pride in the feet that he knows the business of building custom homes in Arizona from the ground up until the home is completely finished, all due to his hands on experience..
